Founded in 2019, Gurou focuses on developing whole-cut (block-shaped) plant-based meat. Its premium plant-based meat brand, Zhiwuji, officially launched "large-cut plant-based beef" in November this year, which can be used in hot pot, barbecue, pan-frying, stewing and other cooking methods.
